Hi people. I heard from two friends resident at FESTAC that Nico Gravity was accosted by some rough looking guys at a show recently and given a sound beating. It was assumed that the beating was tied to his highly popular diss track - ''i wan scatter timaya'' which he performed at the show. Sources say timaya planned it to discourage Gravity from making money off him and hurting his career.

Can anybody confirm this gist? If true its really a bad precedent for artistes to get violent over artistic expression. Moreover timaya had better stay away from Ajegunle where Gravity's has mass support

i havent heard anything but i doubt it. gravity is an old school musician and lagos man. it'll be very hard for timaya to come from ph and organise that kind of thing. veryy funny idea sha.

I dont think timaya arranged it. i doubt he has that time. they are not on the same level. He probably is too busy driving his new escalade. lol.

However, i know guys who want to brush nico gravity. i think he made more enemies than fans.

I saw a guy in PH who had a tatto, 'timaya done blow!' on his arm. Now, if that kind person see Nico, imagine wetin go happen.
