Smart, open-minded, and eager to learn candidates required to fill the position of a Content/Digital Marketing Personnel in a FinTech Company in Lagos.

This person will be expected to handle the following;

a. Development of brand awareness and online reputation
b. SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic
c. Cultivation of leads and sales
d. Content management by administrating the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content.
e. Identify and improve organizational development aspects that would improve content (ie: employee training, recognition and rewards for participation in the company’s marketing and online review building).
f. Create a regular publishing schedule.
g. Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns.
h. Promote content through social advertising.
