At first I declined because at that time I lacked the fund to engage in that kind of scheme. Mind you I have been getting messages of similar groups on whasapp and I refused to join. Same cousin tried to persuade me to join he even asked me to borrow or merge money with a friend to start, I declined again because i can’t and I don’t know who to borrow from.
