AFTER the meeting held today at Senate, a conclusion was made.

OFFICIAL STATEMENT ON THE RECENT DEMONSTRATION ON FUTO CAMPUS

The Management of the Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO) wishes to make the following statement concerning the violent demonstration that to place on 17 February 2017
To prevent further breach of peace and breakdown of law and order, the University Senate has directed that the Students should vacate the campus and proceed on a two weeks break

FUTO is out of bounds during the above period Trespassers will be Shot, Survivors will be Shot Twice.
School resumes on the 13th of march.
