Job Title: HR Executive
Reports To: HRBP Commercial.
• Supports Finance, HR & External Affairs Departments in understanding and improving their people processes aimed at enhancing and building their leadership and talent pipeline and providing expert HR advice on HR policies

• Participate in ensuring all employees fully understand their roles and have/see a clear line-of-sight.

• Participate in ensuring team is efficient and effective in carrying out day-to-day administrative responsibilities.
• Advice Functional line management on HR strategy and support the strategy implementation in the coverage areas in Marketing, under general directions.
• Support the activities of Employee Relations special projects
• Execution of Global Graduate Programme in Corporate Services
• Coordinate the line management on employee relations matters, under general directions
• Support the implementation of HR processes such as PerforM, DeveloP, providing advice and monitoring the quality of information and process.
• Contribute to support the Talent team to map training needs and define an appropriate training/development strategy for individuals and groups
• Contribute to Reward related processes (merit salary review, bonus scheme, updated role profiles...) and to analyse, recommend and implement competitive remuneration packages
• Support organizational structural changes for all related Reward/Payroll implications
• Support Engagement and Organizational Effectiveness Programs in
• Own the establishment and co-ordination of focus groups across the area to support the post-YV analysis.
• Support the team to ensure delivery of the various change projects currently occurring in the Area.
• Coordinate the various employee engagements sessions that involve the whole business that may occur during the contract.
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar capacity
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Previous H.R.B.P experience will be an added advantage
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills
● Excellent technology skills
● Excellent time management and organizational skills
● Ability to maintain strict confidentially
