3. After result of Q and Q is out, buyer releases cash payment of 20 million naira for logistics.
5. Buyer charters vessel to pick up 5,000 MT from mother vessel.

7 Seller confirms payment from buyer and introduce buyer to vessel handler and recharter it from the vessel handler thereafter clears vessel to sail out to arrange for another transaction and prepare for next delivery.

4. After confirmation of instrument Seller move loaded vessel to buyer’s tank for qnq

5. Buyer confirm loaded vessel at in his tank under his custody, buyers pay #150,000.000 hundred and fifty millionaire for logistic before qnq.

6. AFTER logistic payment and qnq , buyer pay/ instrument for the total cargo

7. Seller makes all necessary arrangement and released Full documentation on buyer name...

8. Upon received of full document from seller, seller TRANSSHIP INTO BUYER TANK.
