Following the current rate of influation, age and geographic location. What would you consider a good take home pay at the end of the day(private practice inclusive). For a a young graduate in his 20twinties or early 30ties

No matter the amount, if your rent is more than 35% of your annual salary and transportation is more than 20%, it's not a good salary.

Say:
Monthly salary = 100,000
Annual salary = 1,200,000
Rent; not more than 400,000
Transportation; not more than 240,000

A saving of not less than 20% must be guaranteed on the total package for you to consider the pay as good pay.
