i will suggest u remove that roofing and add plumbing,reason being that the aforementioned trades can get a job in a standard organisations if u can upgrade yourself by obtaing TT or C&G.and be collecting contract by yourself at the same time.however,in a situation where u haven't landed the big pay,maintenance can sustain u.abeg i don try
