You're not alone... It has rendered my tab useless. It minimizes any page I open, can't pick calls anymore

Wow so how did you stop it?
Re: Please Help Netalpha Has Taken Over My Phone by dxdiag(m): 12:56pm On Mar 01, 2017
The problem is that you downloaded an un-authorized app nt frm google play store with virus attachment in it.
Install stubborn trojan removal and CM secirity to scan and remove the virus. if the problem persist maybe your phone is rooted. if its rooted, instal purify apps online
After installing purify, open the app and click on "tool", select "bloatware"
Search for netalpha app on this folders (bloatware, system apps and sustem core modules).
After locating netalpha, select and remove it. rescan ur phone with sturborn trojan removal apps to confirm. if the virus re-instal itself, remove again by following the above procedure using purify apps.

Download malwarebytes and install after you factory reset the phone and scan with malwarebytes (preferably after you update virus database) you should be able to wipe out everything. If it becomes a system app, you need root.

grin funny surprise though,
but seriously I paid costly for it yet they could not fix it there I tried it also in turkey they removed the software reformatted it yet it keep pulping up applications, then I took it to someguys here when I returned to Nig they told me it was warm that ordinary reformatting can't remove the warm then I have to pay higher for them to do it like three time with a higher version of their reformatting software. they also told me it was my fault that I did not go to settings and unaccept my phone from downloadind unknown applications.

Reminds me of an app I downloaded from a website, the app installs other apps. My phone was rooted and I tried uninstalling it bit it did not work. At the end I just disabled it.

I rooted my tab and used purify alongside with stubborntrojan killer. I was happy until I rebooted my phone only to see those app reinstall itself. But the netalpha virus has been deleted.

Left with account and certificate installer providers. It's tiring really

If you are used to rooting then you should be aquainted to the app called "titanium backup" simply open it and go to "backup/restore" there you locate netalpha and other apps its installed then you "uninstall" em one after the other its your simplest and best shot. But like I made mention you must be rooted nothing's irremovable with Titanium backup abeg
