I bought 40inch Samsung Tv fro der office in abuja within 1yr d TV spoil so I took it back to d office and I was told it is still under warranty and they gave me a job card DAT I should come back in 2weeks time to collect it,in 2 weeks time I went back and I was told DAT d part is not yet in Nigeria DAT I should wait 4weeks again which I did as told,den I went dey told me DAT it cannot b fixed and I was told not to worri DAT d management will replace it with new one I should give dem 1month to enable dem send the request to their head office in Lagos 4 approver I said OK I went home .after one month I went I was told dey have not gotten reply yet from Lagos and dey told me not to wori DAT dey will b d one to call me I said no problem. Been d television I have in my sitting room I feel ashamed wen visitors come around so after 9months I didn't hear from Samsung, so I went der and I saw new staff,dey request 4 my job card I give dem dey told me to giv dem 1wek to follow it up,in 1wek I went and still notin was don even DAT day my car had accident on d way going to deir office, I met some good Nigerians der after hearing d issue som were angry with d management and some said if in China, USA,England etc dey will not try it,dat, dat very day d company must replace it, if it can not b repair. After all DAT d official pleaded 4 4days I went and notin is still don I request to c d manager who is a Lebanese immediately he saw my job card he was sad an automatically he give me service order sheet and his phone number and ask me to b patient DAT I will hear from him. since den after 4month If i call him he will busy my cal immediately he no I was d one or rather not picking at all.since den dey have change 3 manager any time I call d manager I will b told to come an when I go dey will keep tellin dsame story. On DAT issue only I have spend mor Dan 40000 naira,I fuel my car from my place to deir office in town 2000naira now is getting to 3yrs the most painful aspect of all d TV now is 220000 abov. wat if somtin wrong and gr8t claim my life during d movement.my able,good and intelligent Nigerians n government should pls look into dis issue.
