Please advice.

My stockbroker submitted my bid form without a cscs account number, because it haseems not been generated yet.

Also, am I supposed to get a bond certificate or just monitor my cscs account (according to them would soon be open) as they told me.

I dont think it will go through without the cscs account.
Maybe they are sure the account will be opened before they submit to DMO.
OR
They can buy and sell back to you through the secondary market when the account is opened.

please how exactly is it calculated? is the 11% interest for 2years paid every quarterly like one gets 11% of money deposited 4 times every year or how is it done?

The rate is per annum.
Assuming the rate for 2years is 10% and you invest 1,000,000
1year = 100,000
2years = 100,000×2
quartely =100,000÷4
You will get 25,000 per quarter for the period of 2years (25,000×cool and your capital at the end of the tenor

Government is generating more money now as price of oil is increasing.
Government also got cheaper rate from the Euro bond and now need less local fund.
