Sponge is a genuine organization. They are involved in digital marketing. Instead of you coming here and asking if anyone knows them, why didn't you Google search them

Hi, Sponge Limited is a good ad agency. The internship role is synonymous to a graduate trainee role and it's for three months, after which select trainees are given permanent roles.

I don't know anything about the pay, but I know it is a good organization, because a friend who works there attests to this.
