President Donald Trump and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe Monday discussed the issue of North Korea's launch of ballistic missiles, which Washington and Tokyo to pay for an emergency meeting of the Security Council request, according to a US official she said.

Step 2: Amerika, Japan, South Korea, infact NATO convey emergency security meeting - otherwise known as “All Talk, No Action” Hahahahahahahaa grin

Step 3: Amerika issues a toothless trade restriction or sanction against North Korea.

Step 4

North Korea repeats step 1 - increasing the number of missiles to 7 and the cycle continues. grin

But when America takes action, you would see it as destabilizing global peace.
America exercises Restraint, you call them cowards and all talk- no action, America responds with overwhelming power and force you call them agent of global chaos.
I know you are just a hater anyway, but continue. It will soon dawn on you and kim jong un that there is only so much the US can take before she no longer gives a damn and goes all out.
