The report emanating from Ile Ife indicates that there is an onslaught going on between the Hausa community in Ile Ife and her host.

Report has it that there was an altercation between a Bus driver (name withheld) and an Hausa woman last night in Sabo Area, an area populated by Hausa people in Ile Ife.
The driver was said to have hit the woman's Arm when he tried to manoeuvre and wriggle his way out of a dove tail. The driver's action was said to have infuriated the Hausa people and within minutes, the driver was descended on heavily and suffered machete cuts.

However, in retaliation of the Hausa people's action, some members of the NURTW Ife Chapter went back to the scene this morning to vent their anger on the culprits and was met with a stiff resistance which led to a full scale fight with properties reportedly destroyed.

Moreso, some members of the Nigerian police and NA have been deployed to the scene to douse the tension.
