There is no place that manufactures cars/vehicles. The parts are manufactured by the suppliers (Cummins, Takata) according to carmaker's specifications and then sent to the assembling plant of the carmaker for final assembling. The economics doesn't favour a carmaker manufacturing cars when they could just get the parts from suppliers.
