hi nairalanders recent info on LUGBE area of abuja ,is that NO DESIGN FOR CONSTRUCTION IS APPROVED BY DEVELOPMENT CONTROL, reasons being that fct administration is redesigning lugbe area to conform with fct plans as against AMAC plans. so be rest assured that if u present a design for approval of lugbe today, it will meet a brick wall at DEVELOPMENT CONTROL. hakir: This is a problem. What happens to those of us that got there building plan approval from AMAC and do you know how long it will take them ( development control) to complete there so called re-design. |
