when I was a kid, I once told my mom am hungry and she said that I should remove my mind from food.
Actually it worked for a very long while cause i was engrossed by my Brick Game.
But then, even adults can agree with me, because you are never hungry
-when u r on nairaland reading funny or annoying comments until ur phone battery goes flat
-when u r playing play station until there is power outage
-when u r trying to solve a problem until u get the solution
-when u r playing Bet9ja Virtual league until ur pocket is empty

Ur actually right op, I did a personal research on ds n I noticed dt we overfeed in Nigeria loading our systems wt calories.

If u hv good distractions u can control hunger like I do. I practically eat once a day but I take lots of fluid sha
....

Once u knw wat works for u, u can control it.
