A hardworking student of the Federal Polytechnic, Ede, has been crushed to death by a petrol tanker in Osun State. A young man simply identified as Segun ‘Dada’ who is said to be a student of the Federal Polytechnic, Ede was on Thursday morning crushed to death by an unidentified fuel tanker while on his way to work, at owode-ede market in Osun state. According to eyewitness account, the tanker ran into Segun who was trying to find his way to the other side of the road and killed him, leaving his body scattered on the road. After the sad incident, the driver is reported to have fled the scene, which made the angry youths of the community to chase after him. He ran to the Zone 11 police headquarters in Oshogbo.
