Fruits are generally good but consuming tonnes upon tonnes of fruits without some form of exercise is counter-productive.

Have you tried eating some nicely prepared fruit salad, with a drop of lime? It really helps though. but the time of the day you take the fruits really matters a lot. When you wake up in the morning take unripe pawpaw first thing in the morning. Then after dinner (which must be eaten before 7pm) Take a fruit salad consisting of; apple, water melon, cucumber, pawpaw and a lime squiz, to help burn that fat. Hope this helps.

i understand lime is not too good for the body cos it dehydrate( makes u dry down there u know, ) but i will say water mellon and paw-paw serves right

shocked shocked Really, I use lots of lemons to keep in shape, I wonder if it would do the same as lime?



@Poster drink lemon tea, 1/4 of a lemon in a cup of hot water.

Mangos instead of sweets and nibbles.
Pinapples are wonderful but can cause your mouth corners to burn.

Replace some of your starch foods like rice/yam with green vegetable.
I have been eating lots of okra recently, it seems to be very weight reducing (I do not want to loose weight but I have noticed my jeans feeling very roomy)so they would help you also.

Why don't you try Grapes for a week? It'll burn you up before you know it.
