Most often than not, we call them ‘Fine Prints’. They are deliberately written in small prints, it is mostly boring, long and brutal. They contain important details you must know an understand. They are everywhere, from your air flight terms of service to your everyday contract. It is good practice to take the pain to read word for word, with the larger picture in mind, every part of the contract; as the saying goes the devil lies in the details. It is equally allowed in law to link another document to a present document; for instance, where you are signing a contract and, that contract makes reference to another document you are legally bound by the content of that second document if you signed the 1st document. In signing a document; you must always be on the lookout for any other document that is incorporated into the present document you are signing. Ensure you read through both documents.
