What could be the problem,.. Car was working well but when A.c was switched on,. after driving for like 4 mins, the engine went off and couldn't start until the a.c was switch off.

Injector, carburetor, steering wheel, shaft, low compression, oil shorting, dark smoking, white smoking, blue smoking, gear box or switch problems, excessive revving are a few common mechanical problems that have little or nothing to do with electrical.

I still find it hard to comprehend how you want to differentiate which category of of issue or death without solid and adequate knowledge of electrical unless you only want to be changing engine wen the fault is not even mechanical
.
In modern cars the electrical controls the mechanical,even the trend is going towards the electrical than mechanical. To diagnose and repair faults successfully u will even need the knowledge of electrical more than mechanical unless you want to find trouble for your self.
If I were,I will limit the work to changing of shocks and other suspension systems that doesn't have anything to do with electrical.

As regards your concerns with electricals you are right. A good, sorry let me rephrase that " a professional Mechanic" will know fundamental engine related electricals like sensors and it ancillaries.


But, complete wiring of a car, brainbox issues, headlamps issues, dashboard systems, a.c systems, fuse box connectivity etc, please my brother, tell me what you need a true mechanic for as regards these purely electrical issue?

Would you really allow a "Mechanic" do these for you? That, my brother is square pegs in round holes, your guess is as good as mine.

We did, but not anymore. Why? You might ask. Getting the replacement part is an uphill task, just like finding a needle in an hay stack. Even if you are able to find one, the cost are usually humongous even for clients. So given these limitations, we had to stop. Parts of Porsche, Camaro, Bentley, Veron and other classy luxury cars are very difficult to find, its like mission impossible, and our Igbo brothers (importers) don't do item not in high demand. Even Range Rover is almost in the same batch, cost-wise.

But other folks, Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Mercedes, Hyundai, Kia, Audi and the likes, all you need do is to sneeze and you get them right in front of you, they are readily available.

Good afternoon, your scanner should actually tell what the codes imply. But for reference purpose:

PO300 = multiple or random misfire from at least 2 engine cylinders.

PO305 = Specific misfire particular to one cyclone (Cylinder 5). Possible causes, faulty spark plug, clogged or faulty fuel injector, fuel injector harness is open or shorted due to the age of the car, poor electrical connection, ignition coil, harness, or circuit, low compression all in cylinder 5 for P0305, you just need to have it checked to know which is which.

O2 Sensor: Given the undulating prices of imported things (parts) inclusive, and due to government monetary policies, I cannot readily tell you the cost could be higher or lower, except I do a fact finding mission from my contact in Ladipo.
