I have 30k with me and I need a phone that has: A good camera: 13MP to be precise. A good OS A strong battery And a good design.

THIS IS NOT MEANT FOR HERE.... go to konga or jumia then you will find fones of good quality then you can come here to ask for opinions.... prices differ according to location.
