I will be discussing 5 cities that have developed very fast within the past 10 years overtaking some cities in good roads and infrastructures who were once more developed than these cities. But this list will be excluding lagos,portharcourt and Abuja.

5.Akure:Akure is a city that it's developing rate increased very tremendously within the last 6 years.Akure can boost of good roads,intl event centre e. t. c few years before,Benin city was said to be more developed than akure but presently, not many will agree to that with the way akure is fast developing to a mega city over the years.

4.Owerri:owerri within few years have grown bigger better more beautiful and also attracted tourists.
