Dear friends,

I registered anqd incorporated a limited liability company last year.

But I have not had need to use it to do any business.

I understand that I need to make reports at CAC every year or so. And I need to have minutes book and so. I am really at lost on how to make these documentations about the company. Especially with respect to board resolutions and minutes. I don't even know what a minute book looks like.

I really need someone to help me out. Unfortunately, we don't have consultants down here that I could contract to help me out.
