Actually, I just need to be there. Not going for studies at first but hopefully, start studying eventually. I have someone that needs me in Moscow as soon as possible and asked that I find out what it's going to take to get me there

Once you have all your documents ready you could just take it to Abuja in 3 days if all is OK you will have visa
