subscribe to NTEL, its unlimited in all their packages, u can go for the weekly @N3,000. UNLIMITED. with good network coverage u should be able to download more than the 70 GIG in a week. whadya say?

just look for someone with a fiber link, you should be able to download at 20mbps it will cost you though.
