For quite some time now I and my friends have been cooking some type of food in the house with either gas ,stove or electric stove
We found out that the moi moi or boiled corn fried yam,etc cooked in the house is never as sweet as the road side food whose water is dirty and the drum exposed to smoke from the wood and vehicle fumes or exhause passing by and the occasional sweat drops inside the drumno tto talk of the running nose and so on and so forth and we always end up sucking the corn cob after eating the corn knowing the water in the drum used to cook the corn is dirty and let's not forget the news paper whose ink as also rubbed off the food to add more spice.
No wonder we could never get ours to be as sweet as the road side moi moi or boiled corn
Hit like if u think dirt makes road side food sweeter than food cooked in sterilized kitchen using electric cooker ,Stive or gas
