Why don't you want to use sugar-cane? (You can convert cassava starch to sucrose but it's likely to be more costly than using sugar-cane) |

Seun: Very correct. Cassava seems to command higher unit price than sugar cane. Sugar cane can grow anywhere in Nigeria, why compete with those using cassava as food? |
