i've been wondering about why we have a president and a vice president, as we also have a governor and deputy governor,
But why don't we have a chancellor and vice chancellor
There is Chancellor in person of Alh sa'ad Abubakar(Sultan of Sokoto) and even Pro-Chancellor(Chairman Governing Council UI) in person of Nde Joshua Mutka Waklek

The Governing Council is the highest decision making body in any University. Though the Vice-Chancellor and the principal officers are also member of the Council

visitor ---- president Federal Republic of Nigeria
chancellor
pro chancellor


But those people are only ceremonial personalities. You only see them when the school is having functions like founders day ceremony.
