Who will watch mathematics show?
Even on nairaland, bbn naija, snakes or celebrities boobs always have more views, double or tripple no matter how meaningless to scientific and educational threads.

People promote frivolity all over the world not just nigeria.
Even the almighty usa, how many educational programs do they have?
How many people watch history or science channels compared to mtv or cbs or hbo?.

People love to escape reality, and show organizers have tapped into that to make themselves rich.

Its the the job of the government to encourage bright minds.
Plus geniuses are smart all ready and should be able to get by easily. Just put pressure on the government to encourage our geniuses.
Give them labs, libraries and research facilities not churches and mosque and watch them make the countr great.

Op you!

You can be the change you seek.

BTW the prizes for this year's cowbell competition included an educational trip abroad for the winners and 1 million naira each.
