I completed my registration on d nysc registration portal but on printing out my slip (popular green card), most of my informations were missing

The following informations
1. Next of kin details
2. Educational qualifications including institution, graduation date, degree, course leaving only grade
3. Kits specification details

Pls anybody with useful information on what next to do should pls drop a comment(s) or if you have same issues how did you resolve it or how do you intend to resolve it?
