There is no Commandment of God in THE LAW that says that "FIGHTING IS A SIN!"

The Child of Israel could fight ANYONE they wanted, EXCEPT their PARENTS- which was CERTAIN DEATH- and only be liable if someone were seriously hurt. Otherwise, they would never be liable for just fighting alone.
