this will never stop untill gov does the needful. Pass the national building code. dont be surprises the work was managed by someone claiming to be an engineer.
Its high time clients should be asking for professional and academic certificates before giving people construction job. 90% if people supervising construction in Nigeria didnt even read anything related to building or civil engineering.
