It is bad no matter how much it is sugar coated. Ultimately, people will still lose out on it, and its population will exceed those that gained. You may research on how the phrase "Ponzi Scheme" came into being. Just Google Charles Ponzi The original founder (Charles Ponzi), was a dubious cunny their, and doesn't come out straight.
