Yes you can lecture in a university setting, there are staff schools in every University, so you stand a chance of lecturing there. lol

mr op . it is possible. did you specailized in education at your master level. if so try your hands on any university teaching jobs, if not try and get a master in education feild. your hnd is not a stoping block. it may even enhance your chance becuse you are not only an academia , you are also a professional. you can ask me more questions.

This is a bothering issue that is currently running my mind.

Some people were of the opinion that HND+PGD+MSC. will not guaranteed one opportunity to lecture in the university.
Please what can we do to balance this without going back for the so called Bsc.?
