I previewed application form and noticed space for school is empty in the educational record. Is it also a general problem?...the year of admission, degree awarded, course are filled except school

1. Go to "Modify Data" page and delete your educational record.
2. Scroll a bit down to where they wrote "Use the form below to update educational record above," and fill the details below (e.g. School Attended, University, From/To, Degree/Diploma Obtained etc).
3. Click on "Update Educational Record" immediately below it and wait for few seconds/minutes for the page to successfully update/reload.
4. Scroll up and click "Back" on same Modify Data page to return to the main menu.
5. Click on "Preview Documents" and check the educational records. It should show by now.

I paid inside the bank and got a confirmation there. The problem should be from the school.

I understand, the school's name is not showing. Did you really Delete the first information and fill them again? Okay, try editing it again by clicking "Use the form below to update educational record above" option to edit your data without deleting the first information.
Am using my laptop at the moment, if it were possible I would have helped you. That is if you trust me. I believe you did not follow exactly what I stated, but if you did and it is still not showing your school then the fault is from the website. Send them a mail.

Same here, more than 2 weeks ago, PG school asked me to contact the bank, since then GTB are yet to rectify the issue, I never knew GTB are this useless, I would have used Skye.

Thanks! I just noticed the problem is peculiar to college of education. I tried with universities and it was successful. I have mailed for assistance.

login with your PG number and password to fill the necessary information about ur course... you will be directed after that to print invoice to take to bank or pay with ATM by clicking the bank logo.
