Willingness to listen and respond to feedback: good entrepreneurs are concerned to know how well they are doing and to possibly keep track of their performance. In this regards, they tend to collect/get useful feedbacks and advice from other successful entrepreneurs.

Risk taker: being an entrepreneur involves readily taking some risks. Frankly, entrepreneurs have the ability to measure or calculate risks. Such risk involves working out the likely cost and gains/profits, the chance of success and the belief in oneself to make the risk pay off. With such risk, you can set your own standards acquired through experience and also build possible strength signals.
“If you’re not a risk taker, you should get the hell out of business.” - Ray Kroc, founder of McDonald’s.
