my dad is about 68yrs healthy and strong. he needs advise on any small business he can do that will bring daily and weekly income though he is a landlord.he has 3tenants. he just need something to keep in busy.
the business must be less stressful with little startup capital.

Open a cement shop for him. All he needs to do is call the suppliers to stock the shop, call price for customers and collect money from them; finish, no stress!
