I need a t-shirt design with the below criteria:

- Details about the apparel: T-shirt for women but ideally design can be unisex
- To include: Text and image
- Slogan: 'Nwanne, Turn Up'. Meaning have a good time, party
- Ideas for the visual style: Party scene, having fun, enjoy life, music theme (perhaps?)
- Ideas for the visual style2: Nice typography with either red lipstick, red high heels, red lips opened, or red tongue
- Things to avoid: Boring, uninspiring designs or font
- Preferred colors: To include red - with a complimentary font colour (to be printed on black/dark coloured t-shirt)
- Price: N5,000 or alternatively if your design is awesome, I have 9 more details (for a bundle prize of N30,000)

Hope this is sufficient for a fun and artistic t-shirt design.
