I can't vouch for most of the commonly available garlic supplements , because they may not contain allicin, which is the most active component of garlic. That's why I recommended a particular brand in the main blog post, based on extensive research and experimentation.

i hv reduced it to 4 to 6 cloves..from day 13. still no appreciable change. today is day 15.

Yes L-Citrulline and L-arginine are popular among bodybuilders because of the natural energy boosts from nitric oxide production that they offer.

For ED and sexual performance, the dosage I know that works quickly is 2000mg daily (especially one capsule taken in the morning and another at night). Dried garlic wouldn't be that effective. It has to be fresh, raw garlic or the supplement form.
