Not your regular Okra soup or Jollof rice recipe, the egg toast cones is quite easy to achieve. They’re easier to make than you might think, and the perfect flaky way to enjoy scrambled eggs, fruits, pastry cream, tuna or even porridge beans.

Here is how to make bread/toast cones

Step 1: Get your ingredients ready


Soft sliced bread
1 raw egg (beaten)
Mayonnaise
Hard boiled eggs

Step 2: Cut the crust off the bread

Step 3: Roll the bread

Step 4: wrap up the bread in a cone shape

Step 5: Toast in the bread in the oven

Step 6: spread some mayo with a butter knife,do it gently so you don’t crush the toast
