This pastor is correct.
We are not to worship "man" but rather Christ...and never lose sight of that fact.
We are to respect leadership...but not worship them.
The problem is we tend to swing on extreme sides of the pendulum: either we are Pharisees (knowledge of the Bible with "0" practical love for Christ' ministry of souls) or Saducees (a reckless, relaxed lack of respect for God's Holy standard)....
We are not "balanced" Christians unfortunately.

Billboards with images of lord Papa and Mama projected on streets. Suggesting that lord Daddy Papa has a branch close by or a handful of followers within the area.
Stickers with images of Papa on home doors and vehicle windscreens.
Full grown men doing all to look like Papa, the Papa's hairstyle, mannerisms, dressing sense and temperament.
The worst is they corner single workers and married woman to the other room, take it by force or coercion and threaten her with touch not my anointed, madness and death if anybody should know.
