Who would ever have imagined that a Drop would go so far in life? Mark Zuckerberg proved the world wrong when he receives Honorary Degree From Harvard University 12 Years.

After He Dropped Out to face his new project: Facebook. The 33-year-old billionaire seated beside actor James Earl Jones, as he received an honorary Doctor of Laws degree. He gave a graduation speech and received an honorary degree.

Zuckerberg pointed to the dormitory where he first launched Facebook while remarking that meeting his wife Priscilla, there was the best thing to happen to him at the university.

Along with him at Harvard’s 366th graduation ceremony was his wife, Priscilla, in the audience, Mr Zuckerberg spoke to the students gathered to “not only create new jobs but create a new sense of purpose”.

In his remarks to the graduates, Mr Zuckerberg told them “we live in an unstable time”.

“There’s pressure to turn inwards,” he said about those that feel left behind by increased globalization. This is the struggle of our time. The forces of freedom, openness and global community against the forces of authoritarianism, isolationism, and nationalism.”

In December 2016, Zuckerberg was ranked 10th on Forbes list of The World’s Most Powerful People. Mark Elliot Zuckerberg is currently ranked by Forbes as the fifth richest person in the world. Zuckerberg who is globally known as the founder of the world ‘s greatest social media Facebook launched the social media while in his Harvard University dormitory room on February 4, 2004. He was assisted by his college roommates and fellow Harvard students Eduardo Saverin, Andrew McCollum, Dustin Moskovitz, and Chris Hughes.

While at Harward, he studied psychology and computer science. He would later drop out of Harvard in his second year to complete his project. But 12 years later he is back to receive one of the prestigious awards from one of the world’s renowned university. Already there are talks of the young Billionaire contesting an elective post soon.
