I've been searching for answers to this question, but I'm usually met with overly emotional posts and unnecessary vitriol. Can an objective mind please answer this question?!

the black race mainly enhanced other countries and empires through slavery.
apart from the entertainment industry, we could be seen as clueless.
it was once said that the white's man skull had three indented spots absent among blacks, leadin to there unquestionable superiority.

well sha, make people comment make i learn.

Nothing! Almost everything about the black race is negative.

Violence, thug life and cheer display of low IQ is what blacks are known for, violent beings with high testosterone and low IQ, barbaric beings, I still feel the black race is an uncompleted experiment.

One of the contributions of the black race comes in form of the early contributions of the moors to Europe from around the 7th century. Few centuries after the death of Christ, the Roman Empire rose and fell out of power around the 5th century. The world was thrown into darkness for 2 centuries, darkness in the sense that there were no development nor learning going on in the world after the Roman Empire fell. This period is often called the dark ages. Then in the year 711, a set of Muslim people called the moors crossed the tiny border between africa from North Africa (Tunisia/Morocco) into Spain and conquered Spain, Portugal and parts of France. Texts describe these moor as very dark-skinned in color. With very little or no resistance, Spain fell under the grip or control of the moors. The moors ruled Europe for 800 years and introduced many things to Europe such as the Arabic counting system (1, 2, 3 etc) that we use today which replaced the 'clumsy' Roman numerals being used in Europe at that time. They introduced the basic elements of Chemistry (and how products or chemicals are produced from mixing elements together) etc. They introduced Islam to Europe and for these centuries, Europe became an Islamic caliphate. This period is often called the Renaissance because progress and development continued in the world again and there was renewed interest in arts and sciences. The moors were said to have drawn navigation maps and had visited America before Columbus. It was also during this period that Europe flourished. However, the moors and their descendants had a strong penchant for light-skinned European women and took for themselves European wives such that generation after generation, their descendants became lighter and lighter and nothing like their first ancestors that conquered Europe. Finally in 1492, queen Isabella and Columbus defeated the moors and they and their descendants (who had become light-skinned) were chased back into africa (likely explaining the light-skinned feature of north Africans today). With the key to their palace in Spain and some other valuables (such a navigation map of the world) handed over to Isabella the moors left Europe for good back to Africa. Spain, Portugal and France began attempts at re-christianizing their countries again. Former mosques in their countries were converted to Churches. Few months that very same year the moors were defeated, with the map of how to get to America, Christopher Columbus embarked on his journey to America. It is said that the boat/ship Columbus rode in was rowed by the moors who knew the navigation and waters.

Of course after Columbus landed in America in 1492, you probably know the rest of the story from there.

Can you prove that the Moors were sub Saharan Africans? Yes, they had darker skin than Europeans, but is there any proof that they considered themselves African / black?

Not all Africans are like you said. Read about Punt, Damat, Axum, Zagwe, Abyssinia, ancient Egypt and west African states history and you will be amazed.

Ethiopia(Punt, Damat, Axum, Zagwe, Abyssinia and other many great states).
Eritrea(Punt, Damat, Axum and other many states).

The Ancient Greeks said that, Ethiopian were the first to use laws. The different gods(Zeus also) they worshipped were dark skinned Ethiopians. Ethiopia has the only native African alphabet and one of the few in the world. Axum was one of the most powerful states in the Ancient times.
