How To Answer The Interview Question "What Have You Been Doing Since?" by iihtlagos: 1:41pm On May 30, 2017 |
"An idle mind is a devil's workshop" So said a wise man. The employer knows that also. Lets assume that your graduated since 2014 and up till this moment, you are still looking for a job with little or nothing to show on your CV. You go for an interview and the employer sees a scanty CV with little or no Job experience and asks you "What Have You Been Doing Since Then?" What will you answer? Let us put it straight, 99% of them would love to hear that you either went for a professional program, or that you went for another course, or that you had to go into self-development. If your answer doesn't fall into any of these categories, then you should have yourself to blame. Telling the employer that you have been without a job doesn't make him/her sympathetic towards you. It shows you as someone who doesn't value self-development. The question is, how are you developing yourself today?? Source: IIHT Nigeria (A leading IT, ICT and Self-development Training Center).
