my dear its not an apartment building, he bought his own house there.. thats 1004 estate in lagos and it houses a lot of stinking rich people who want to keep a low profile... freeze lives there, uti lives there, tiwa still/ once lived there not sure and a lot of bizness dons and foreigners leave there as well.. its a great place to leave
