New users who haven't downloaded the app previously should click on REGISTER while current users should click on ACTIVATE THIS DEVICE if they switched to a new phone.

Sometimes ago, I activated the app on my wife's phone when I had issues with my phone's screen, I've since gotten another phone and I've been using the App on it after downloading from Google play store as usual.

My challenge now is how to activate the App with my wife's First bank account on her phone, I've tried but to no avail, i deleted and downloaded another one yet no success, I even called CC but they said it's not possible undecided undecided undecided
Any possibility of her using the App on her phone with her account?

my apologies, it must be a network glitch as the bank is working on it, please try sometime later.
