Hi all,
I just noticed my tinnitus is getting worse. I noticed an increase in the severity of the disease when ever I take coffee(caffeine? Propeus?).
Please can any one help prescribe a DIY cure for my TINNITUS.
Thank you.

Just stay away.from.loud speakers and headphones, that was how I dealt with mine. Since you know your alergy to caffeine then steer away.from it

sir, I have stopped using headphones and stopped taking caffeine. Infact I have cleared my music playlist, but it doesn't want to leave.
About the caffeine, I hear it causes Vasco-dilation, which may be the reason why my tinnitus worsens.
So I'm thinking that my case may be due to damage of blood vessels in my ear.
Has your tinnitus totally gone?

Yes except my for my addiction to to headset because I sit around the computer almost 20hrs a day. Exposure to the noise brings it back but from what I have read lately a big reduction has set in already and for that I feel real good. Tinnitus is more than a painful experience I swear.

Asin eh! Really painful experience.
Sometimes I just felt like drilling into my brain to stop the noise.
I am thankful I now know it is a problem in ear and not my brain.

Go to a doctor, he is going.to insert a device into your ear (not painful at all) to check your ear drum and all, thats the first phase. Be sure about tye status.
