I got a new glo 4g LTE sim yesterday in Ado-Ekiti and ever since it was activated, it will display data network (H+ or E) as soon as I finish loading airtime and immediately I browse wt d airtime and it gets exhausted, the data network will disappear! I have tried sending PAYU to 127 severally but each time I do, it tells me the package I'm trying to purchase isn't compatible with the plan I'm in. C.C agents have nt been helpful either. Pls friends and gurus in the house, put me thru. Thanks 1 Like |

That's how it is. If you want to see data symbol without data or credit peg your network to 2G or 3G. Although I'm not quite sure what use the symbol is to you if you don't have data or credit..... |

1. Do a sim swap or 2. Buy a new sim or 3. Port to another service provider |
