Learn to rest to avoid serious illness

Before the discovery of electricity, at daybreak people were resting. Even if they did some activity by candlelight, it was nothing that required much of the physical or the intellect. The activities performed in low light could not be compared to those performed during daylight hours.

With the increasing progress and increasing availability of taking work home through electronic devices, people are becoming more and more tired.

After the daily work shift, shopping, gym, study, home, meals to prepare, children to receive attention and the constant concern to become better for the future end up undermining still more the time and the rest is always left of side.

To make matters worse, most of the work is done in front of a computer screen, with short deadlines and ever-increasing demands on the market; Problems that accumulate and less time to solve all that is needed. Mental tiredness is great and extremely harmful to the body if it is not controlled.

According to psychiatrists, there is an excess of chemical demand in the body that needs to be always alert and this results in exhaustion. The cortisol and norepinephrine have their demand decreased in grueling moments, resulting in decreased attention, poor memory, loss of concentration, sleep disorders and bowel, body aches and head, slowly plus much fatigue and discouragement.

In addition to serious diseases that can develop as hypertension and autoimmune diseases, relationships are greatly affected, because the person usually gets irritable, without patience and in a bad mood, considering the isolation the best way to avoid confrontations with family and friends. Financial problems can arise harming you even more.

Listening to soft music or nature with closed eyes before bedtime is enough. It is important to empty your mind by not thinking about your commitments and problems and paying attention to your breathing or imagining that you are in a quiet place, watching animals and plants.

Stretching
Rotation of the neck and shoulders are the best to combat the muscle pains of this region, but the entire body can be benefited with the stretches. It can be done in the work environment or at home.

Breath
Taking occasional control of this machine that does not fail will be great for relaxing. Pay attention and reduce the speed of at least 10 breaths, making them deeper helps to dispel tension and calm the mind.

Nice weekends are also needed. Allowing for a little more sleep, not having time to get up, meeting a new place or reviewing a favorite, hanging out with people you love will also help keep the balance between work and rest.

Practicing something you enjoy as a hobby type is fundamental to the mind. The food also needs to be carefully chosen to avoid more toxic substances in addition to the ones that the stress provides.

With due rest and balance, not only the future life is guaranteed, but the present becomes much more pleasant and satisfying.
